TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR THE USE OF THE ONLINE STORE
1. Merchant Information

Hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant". The users of the online store are hereinafter referred to as the "Customer". By accessing the website and placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders
Orders may be placed through the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After an order is submitted, the Customer will receive confirmation that the order has been received. The sales contract shall be deemed concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Merchant. The Merchant reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:
- Product unavailability;
- Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Customer;
- Technical errors affecting product descriptions, availability, or pricing;
- Suspected fraud, abuse, or bad-faith conduct.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are stated in Euro (EUR). Payment may be made by:
- Bank transfer based on an issued invoice specifying the Merchant's bank account details.
The Merchant reserves the right to require full or partial advance payment for specific products or orders. Ownership of the goods transfers to the Customer upon full payment of the purchase price.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are carried out through courier companies within the Republic of Bulgaria, unless otherwise agreed. Customers may also collect products personally from the Merchant's designated premises, where applicable. Delivery times depend on product availability and the destination address. The Merchant shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Force majeure events;
- Courier service disruptions;
- Circumstances beyond the Merchant's reasonable control.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. The Customer is advised to inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt and report any visible damage to the courier and the Merchant without delay.
5. Right of Withdrawal
If the Customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without providing a reason within 14 days from:
- The date on which the Customer receives the goods; or
- The date on which a third party designated by the Customer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Merchant in writing before the expiration of the withdrawal period. The Customer shall return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the Merchant of the withdrawal. Returned products must be:
- Unused;
- In their original condition;
- Complete and accompanied by all accessories and documentation;
- Adequately packaged.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed. The Merchant reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount if the value of the goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
6. Claims and Complaints
The Customer may submit a complaint regarding:
- Non-conformity of the goods with the sales contract;
- Manufacturing defects;
- Hidden defects discovered during normal use.
Complaints may be submitted in writing using the Merchant's contact details or at the Merchant's registered office. The Customer should provide:
- Proof of purchase;
- Description of the issue;
- Photographs or other supporting evidence where appropriate.
The Merchant shall review the complaint and respond within the period required by applicable law.
Warranty Terms
Commercial Warranty
A warranty event shall mean a defect occurring during normal use of the product within the applicable warranty period. The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects;
- Defects in materials;
- Non-conformity with technical specifications;
- Defects arising during normal operation.
The warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical damage;
- Improper installation or operation;
- Use contrary to manufacturer instructions;
- Damage caused by voltage fluctuations, power surges, lightning strikes, or natural disasters;
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by improper storage or transportation after delivery.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the purchase date stated on the invoice or delivery document. Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law. After expiration of the warranty period, repair services may be offered at the Customer's expense. Proof of purchase must be presented when requesting warranty service.
7. Personal Data Protection
The Merchant processes personal data in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR);
- Applicable Bulgarian legislation;
- The Merchant's published Privacy Policy.
Personal data shall be processed solely for legitimate business purposes related to order processing, delivery, customer support, legal compliance, and related activities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, trademarks, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without the Merchant's prior written consent.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations and mutual agreement. Where no agreement is reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian courts. 10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Merchant reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments shall become effective upon publication on the website unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the website after publication of amended Terms and Conditions shall constitute acceptance of those amendments.
